Sophie is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a special interest in working with dancers and high-performing movers. Her approach centres on strength-based rehabilitation, injury risk reduction, and building resilient, adaptable bodies - as well as supporting injuries with evidence-based techniques in the short term.
Sophie regularly supports professional performers through the physical demands of training and performance in West End and touring musical theatre productions. Away from the stage, Sophie supports active individuals with acute and chronic joint and spinal injuries, conditions including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and rheumatological conditions, and with recovery after surgeries including hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs, and spinal surgeries.
