Adam Walker

Adam’s love for the gym grew from his training as a semi-professional rugby player. He started personal training to show others the fun in training and to help them reach their goals.
He specialises in strength and power training, and he loves HIIT too!
You can find Adam in the gym Monday, Tuesday & Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. He teaches HIIT Strength, Lift With Adam, and Fit Fast Strong.
