Robbie's fitness journey began with his background in dance and training as a professional musical theatre actor. During his training he discovered his passion for fitness while preparing his body for the demands of performing 8 shows a week.

 

Robbie’s training was centered around muscular endurance and cardio.  His sessions focus on mobility and agility, always delivered with an upbeat, energetic approach that'll keep you moving!

 

Robbie is devoted to making the gym space a comfortable and inclusive area for everyone to help develop healthier habits.

 

You can find Robbie bringing his dynamic energy to the gym on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. He also teaches aqua aerobics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

 

 Come ready to work hard, have fun and most importantly, leave with a smile!
