Our Policy on under 18 year olds

 

Gym: 12-15 years olds must be accompanied by an adult and have parents consent. Must have an induction with qualified instructor. Not permitted to use weights, only cardio and body weight exercises.


16-17 can train without supervision. Must have an induction with qualified instructor and have parents consent.


Squash: 5 - 15 years old must have an adult onsite, unless they are with a coach.


Aerobics Classes: 16 - 17 must have an induction with qualified instructor and have parents consent.

 

Swimming: 0+ must be accompanied by an adult until 16 years old, unless they are with a coach. 16 - 17 still must have parents consent.
