Online booking

All classes are bookable online, enabling you to book classes from home or the office 24/7.  Simply go to our Online Bookings page and click on the "Forgotten Login Details" and your Username and Password will be emailed to you.

 

The Club reserves the right to alter/cancel classes/instructors at any time, providing advance notice where possible.

For Health & Safety Reasons latecomers will not be allowed into classes.

Those on the waiting list will be allowed into the class if members have not arrived by the due start time.

Class Descriptions

 

Fitness Levels:

1) Beginner 2) Intermediate 3) Advanced

 

 

Party Aerobics, Aerotone, 30/30/ Zumba  All incorporating a wide range of exercises designed to increase stamina and reduce body fat, time will fly by whilst having fun. 30/30 is 30 mins aerobics and 30 mins abs.

 

Step/Step Funk/Step HIIT  The perfect way to burn fat and improve your heart and lung efficiency. Step classes vary in intensity and all our teachers are able to provide differing levels depending on your fitness.

 

Kettlebell Fusion/Kettlebell Bootcamp/Circuits  A challenge combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to improve both muscle strength and stamina without requiring any dance/co-ordination skills. Fantastic calorie burners.

 

Body Conditioning/Body Sculpt/Body HIIT  These are total body-shaping classes - utilising a variety of equipment (weights, bands and bars). Low impact and once again suitable for all levels

 

Body Max/Interval Classes  A large percentage of strength and muscular conditioning is added throughout the class - using a variety of equipment. Excellent workout as it will keep your heart rate at a range of levels, enabling you to get the most from your hour.

 

Pure Abs and Ab Attack  Exercises to target the stomach and strengthen & support the back.

 

Pilates A class that teaches you about posture core strength and at the same time toning your body to look great.

 

Yogalates / C.A.L.M  Yogalates combines Yoga with Pilates movements to get the benefit of both disciplines. C.A.L.M  is Conditioning, Aligning, Lengthening the body with movement.

 

Chi Ball/Chi Dance/Chi Aerobics This is a class that helps tone and stretch the whole body. A great class for all abilities.

 

Wellbeing  These classes are a  blend of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and traditional conditioning techniques, also including great stretching routines . Great classes for everyone.

 

Zumba Gold  This is a fun dance class aimed for over 50’s but a great workout for all ages and abilities.

 

Family Fit Sessions A supervised session with a qualified instructor.

The instructor will help to programme the equipment and give advise on how to train safely and effectively. Children need to be 10 years and over. Members only. Adults and children working out together.

 

Weigh in  This is a time to get weighed measured also you are given weekly targets and tasks. £1.50 members  £3.00 non members.

 

HIIT   (High Intensity Interval Training). Great calorie burning class doing lots of different types of cross training exercises.

 

Starters beginners running This session is for the complete beginner to learn to run we go outside walk and jogging slowly increasing our running time. Non members £3
