Q. Is there a joining fee? A. Only on the 3 mth agreement, there is no joining fee on the 12, 24 mth agreements or the paid in full option. Q. Is there a contract? A. There is the option of signing up for a one or two year fixed agreement which brings the monthly membership fee down by about 15%. Q. What are the other ways of paying? A. There is a Minimum 3mth agreement, which after 3 mths if you are not happy then you can terminate the agreement with 30 days notice, or you can pay for the year in advance by cash, cheque or credit card, when paying for a year in advance you also have the opportunity of paying for a second year at half price. Q.What if I decide that after say 2 months that it is not for me? A. Unfortunately fees paid in advance are not refundable except in extenuating circumstances eg long term injury, or moving out of the area, the 24, 12 or 3 mth agreements are non-cancelable Q. What happens if I can't make a class or a squash booking? A. Please let us know as soon as you can so that we can offer your place to another member on the waiting list.
