Jill Roberts has recently joined Anita's Health and Beauty Clinic in the Health Club as a Counsellor.   Jill says "Counselling can be helpful, in a private and confidential setting, to explore a difficulty that you might be having, distress you may be experiencing in an area of your life, or perhaps a dissatisfaction with life in general, resulting in a loss of a sense of direction and purpose.
